Piloto151 Casa Grande

Construction Year: 2020-2022

Distinguished by Spanish-style homes, Casa Grande is one of the most emblematic houses in Miramar. Originally designed and build by architect Antonin Nechodoma, a disciple of Frank Lloyd Wright, as a summer home for the Benítez family.
This historical heritage site has now been restored and is breathing new life as Piloto 151’s newest coworking space in San Juan.
Characterized by the wide balconies, high ceilings, and a main interior courtyard, the house features bright and airy interior spaces. The restoration and modernization of the house aimed to maintain the Spanish Bungalow style (typical of the tropical architecture un the mid 19th century) while adapting the space to serve as modern offices with all the required technology and climate control systems.
