Piloto151 Parada18 is the fourth location of the coworking brand Piloto151. This is a 9500 sqft space divided into offices and common areas, lounges, and open work desks. Located in the heart of the hip Santurce neighborhood, the architecture of the space presented an exposed ceiling concept along with murals and artwork throughout the walls. The overall concept for this project was to create a vibrant design that could both highlight the architectural and artistic elements in the space alongside a lighting design that could provide adequate lux levels throughout the office and common areas.
