Located in the heart of Old San Juan, this residential project features 2,500 sqft of interior residential space with two interior gardens. The main characteristic of the property was the art-deco floor tiles which set the tone for the entire design. From material selection to custom wall tiles and millwork, the project’s focal point was the new open kitchen that acts as the central component between the public space and the private space of the residence.
