Located in a former dive bar in Chelsea, NY, this 900 sq ft private music school features three private mini piano studios, a reception area, and a main music space in the back. To maintain the original characteristics of the space, we refurbished the existing wood walls and custom-made compressed wood built-in furniture. The piano rooms feature a sliding door that, when closed, reveals a glass panel that allows parents to watch and supervise the kids while taking classes. When the room is not in use, the sliding barn door remains open and the glass is covered.
