Located in Paseo Caribe, this 4000 sqft office space presents an open layout plan with minimum glass partition to allow different degrees of privacy without obstructing the overall sense of openness. The newly renewed space includes one private office, one main work area, one conference room, a kitchenette, and a custom-made exposed concrete reception area with a floating wood canopy. Due to the few existing windows, an all white track lighting and floating lighting fixtures alongside with an all white exposed ceiling allows the space to feel bigger and brighter.
